I had a very strong feeling that my busy busy son and the Christmas tree in the living room were not going to be the best combination in the world. Now that it's up, I see that I was right. . .
I'm less concerned that he'll pull it over on himself, though. He seems to enjoy, instead, taking the ornaments off and depositing them in his other toys, or banging them on the table.

Oh man, Nolan is difinitely a bigger threat to the Christmas tree than our possessed cat, Mr. Murph. I can see that breakables are out of the question with little hands bent on exploration. It's cute though!
I have been pleasantly surprised at Zora's respect for our Christmas tree. I was so worried, I moved everything around in our extra bedroom so that I could put it in there and close it off. But she just points and says "pretty" (her only word, by the way; she's not a genius).
Bella does the same thing! My tree looks great at the top... but the bottom is pretty sad. Anything within her reach has been taken off and replaced at least 5 times! It's a good think they're so darn cute!!!
but does he ever put them back on? That'd be cool....
clearly, you'll need to go invest in some plush or plastic baubles....
:)
has anything been broken yet? hey, at least he looks cute doing it. :)
