3 Random Cell Phone Photos

[#1]
Emptying the diaper bag of ALL of the contents. . . and unrolling the roll of bags for containing the smell of dirty diapers. . . Entropy in action, I'm telling you.

Did I tell you about the time Nolan locked himself in the car. . . with my keys?

No?

Yeah, I let him play with my keys, and he locked the doors, without my knowledge, and I threw them up in to the front seat while I buckled him in. . . and then shut his door before I tried to open mine.

Luckily, my phone was in my pocket, not in the car with him, so I made a call, and Ben was able to run home and rescue him inside of 15 minutes.

Also luckily, it was December, not July, so he wasn't over heating.

He just stared at me for 5 minutes or so, then cried for another 5, then laughed while I made stupid faces and danced outside the car for the next 5. Our neighbors were amused, I think. . .

But I was a little annoyed to get the "you're a bad mother" glare from the lady 2 doors down that lets her kids run around NAKED out doors in all weather. . .

I won't be letting that happen again.

Oh for Heaven's Sake! There should be no "bad mother" glares coming from any mother. I locked myself out of a house containing my child and one other. At least Nolan didn't have access to dangerous household chemicals!

I loved the photo, by the way.

What a great blog entry. And bad mom, HA. That is a laugh.

I can't get over how much he looks like you in the first photo. And how grown up! LOVE IT!

Oh my goodness! I'm glad he is okay. I get nervous everytime I put Rylan in his car seat that that will happen.

loved the whole post! The pics are darling, even with a cell phone, and you are just a better mom than you ever give yourself credit for.

HAH!! That happened to me once at Target! Unfortunately it WAS like May or June in TX, but Jason only worked 10 minutes away.
